hacked Galaxy A35 android phone, please help!

my android phone had been hacked for almost 2 years now. i mean, all of my digital life is being snooped in on and my privacy invaded. from devices on my Gmail account that i can't remove to stolen money from my bank account . I've no idea who's behind this heinous act but i can tell for sure that they listen in on my calls ,see my SMS and meddle in my life in ways i didn't think were possible. like they would take pictures of me without my knowledge and put them in an album and send me a link to just fuck with me.im not at all knowledgeable about how to kick out a hacker of your phone. they would do things like delete all of my contacts and then recover them two days later. I'm sick and afraid of living under their thumb . i need professional help. everything i do on my phone or computer is being monitored . i need a solution from someone of their caliber . this is the first site i found and i thought i might give it a try. even though i wish i could meet someone in person to help me with this ordeal
