I am launching a true greenfield business venture—no prior infrastructure, products, or legacy processes exist—so every strategic decision starts with a blank page. My immediate focus is Business planning and strategy, with an emphasis on Business model development.
I need a consultant who can turn broad opportunity space into a robust, investor-ready model. You should be comfortable asking the hard questions, validating assumptions, and translating vision into clear economic logic. A solid grasp of frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup methodology, and basic financial modeling (e.g., unit economics, break-even, cash-flow forecasting) will be essential.
Deliverables
• A complete Business Model Canvas tailored to the venture, including value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, key activities, resources, and partnerships.
• A concise strategic narrative (≈3-5 pages) explaining the rationale behind each element and the go-to-market logic.
• High-level financial projections covering at least 24 months (startup costs, operating expenses, revenue assumptions, and cash needs).
• A slide deck (up to 15 slides) ready for internal reviews or preliminary investor discussions.
Acceptance criteria
• All assumptions explicitly stated and supported by cited data or reasoned estimations.
• Financial model reconciles with the strategic narrative and highlights sensitivities.
• Documents delivered in editable formats (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• One revision cycle included after initial hand-off.
If you thrive on blank-sheet challenges and can communicate insights in clear, investor-friendly language, I look forward to collaborating with you.
