German Accommodation Booking Coordinator

I run a service that finds and secures Monteurwohnungen (worker accommodation) for corporate clients throughout Germany. To keep up with demand, I’m looking for a motivated coordinator who can turn each incoming request into a closed booking and earn commission on every successful deal.

What the day-to-day looks like
• Receive and log new client enquiries.
• Analyse each request and search for matching accommodation.
• Call or message property owners and partner agencies in German, negotiate rates and conditions, and confirm availability.
• Compile clear offers for the client, answer follow-up questions, and finalise the booking.

What you need to bring
• Confident German language skills (must-have). English or Russian would be a plus but not essential.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities—you should enjoy reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
• An independent, reliable work style. No prior accommodation-booking experience is required; I will share proven processes and templates so you can learn quickly.

Compensation
This role is 100 % commission-based, so your earnings grow with every booking you secure.
