I’m preparing to participate in upcoming tenders on the Government-e-Marketplace and other e-procurement portals and need a specialist who can take charge of both the paperwork and the actual bid upload.
Your main focus will be:
• Drafting and polishing all required tender documentation—specifically the technical write-ups (specifications, capability notes, compliance sheets) and the accompanying financial schedules, ensuring they match each portal’s template and current regulations.
• Guiding the end-to-end online bid submission process on GEM, double-checking each form, attachment, and digital signature before the final click to avoid rejection or auto-scrutiny flags.
I’ll supply raw data, past bids, and pricing inputs; you turn them into compliant PDFs/XLS uploads, verify that every mandatory field is satisfied, and walk me through the workflow so I’m ready for future tenders too. Quick turnaround is important because some notices have tight windows.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Technical and financial documents returned in the exact formats demanded by the tender notice.
2. Zero validation errors when you stage the bid on GEM.
3. A brief hand-off note or screen-share session outlining the steps taken, for my records.
If you’ve successfully filed GEM or CPPP bids before and know the common pitfalls, I’m ready to start right away.
