AI Image Generator — Full-Stack MERN Application

I built a full-stack AI-powered image generation platform using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React with Vite, and Node.js). The application allows users to generate images from text prompts through integration with a third-party text-to-image API (Clipdrop). I implemented a complete authentication system using JWT and bcrypt for secure password handling, along with a credit-based usage system so users can purchase and spend credits to generate images. On the backend, I designed the database schema with MongoDB/Mongoose to manage users, credits, and generation history, and built RESTful APIs to connect the frontend and backend cleanly. The frontend was built with React and Vite for a fast, responsive user experience. This project reflects my ability to handle a project end-to-end — from database design and secure authentication to third-party API integration and a polished, working UI — and it's representative of the kind of full-stack work I can bring to your project.
