I run a small, fast-moving development team and I’m opening the door to a few more talented people who can slot straight into real client work. The core need is for full-stack expertise—someone who can jump comfortably between modern front-end work (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and solid back-end tasks in Node.js, Python, or Ruby, depending on the project’s stack.

Design sensibility is also valuable; if you can move from code to UI mock-ups or refine existing visuals, you’ll fit in perfectly alongside our current developers and designers.

Most of our work is remote, asynchronous, and milestone driven. I’ll brief you on the scope, share our existing repo or design files, agree on timelines, and then give you the autonomy to deliver. In return, you get reliable, on-time payouts and exposure to a constant flow of challenging projects.
