Existing Flutter Application — Production Build & Deployment

We have an existing Flutter mobile application with a Python/FastAPI backend.

The application is already substantially developed. We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer or small team to complete production engineering, live integrations, device testing and Android/iOS deployment.

Important

This is not a new app development project.

The selected developer must work from the supplied source code and continue from the existing architecture. We do not want the application rebuilt from scratch unless a specific technical issue is identified and approved.

- Run Flutter analyze/tests and fix build issues
- Build Android APK/AAB
- Build iOS/TestFlight-ready archive
- Configure Android and iOS signing
- Configure Firebase production environment
- Configure FCM and APNs
- Configure OTP/SMS provider
- Configure backend API integrations
- Configure OCR and file-storage services
- Configure PostgreSQL and Redis production environment
- Configure production secrets securely
- Configure mobile app integrity/security controls
- Test notifications and background execution
- Test offline/reconnect behavior
- Test on physical Android and iPhone devices
- Fix runtime/device-specific issues
- Deploy backend to production
- Support Google Play Store submission
- Support Apple App Store/TestFlight submission
- Provide final clean source and deployment documentation

Developer Requirements

Strong practical experience required in:

Experience with mobile security, Firebase App Check, Play Integrity, Apple App Attest, OCR and external API integrations is preferred.
