Offline Android POS App

I need a lightweight, fully-offline point-of-sale application for a small retail shop that will run on any Android handset from version 8.0 up to 14.

Core features I expect
• Add, edit and delete products with price and stock levels
• One-tap sales screen that instantly deducts stock on each sale
• Daily sales report and total-profit summary exported as a PDF (my preferred format)
• Full sales history stamped with date and time
• Simple shop settings: name, owner and phone number stored locally—no cloud, no login

Technical expectations
The app must be written in Python with Kivy so I can review and extend it later. On delivery I’ll need:
• A debug APK, a signed release APK and an AAB ready for Play Store submission
• Clean, well-commented source code plus the buildozer.spec file
• Custom app icon, splash screen and a fixed internal storage path for all data

Schedule & hand-over
I’d like this wrapped up in three consecutive days: day 1 a working debug build, day 2 release build tested on real hardware, day 3 final delivery with a quick walkthrough/training session. I’ll structure three milestones to mirror those stages.

Nice-to-have additions such as barcode scanning, advanced product categorisation or deeper analytics (top sellers, monthly comparisons, etc.) are welcome if you can fit them in, but they’re not mandatory.
