Florida PE Gazebo Certification Needed

I’m installing a 16 ft × 12 ft cedar gazebo kit with a steel hip roof in Pasco County, FL, and I need a Florida-licensed structural engineer to issue a signed and sealed certification that the structure meets 139 mph, Exposure C per FBC 2023. The foundation is handled separately, so your focus is the super-structure only—every connection from the roof members all the way down to the post bases.

Because this is a manufactured kit, experience certifying kit gazebos or pergolas is a must; ideally you have done this frequently and can move quickly. I will forward the manufacturer’s installation manual, connection details, and site specifics as soon as we start.

Deliverable (PDF only):
• Florida PE-sealed structural certification letter (and supporting calcs if required by the county) covering all roof-to-post connections, clearly referencing FBC 2023, 139 mph, Exposure C.

Please include in your response:
1. Your fixed fee or clear fee schedule.
2. Typical turnaround time from receipt of the manual and site info.

Digital seal in PDF format is all Pasco County needs, so no hard copy is required. I’m ready to proceed as soon as we agree on terms.
