I have a complete set of commercial office drawings that must go through a final sweep by a Florida-licensed architect or PE before I can submit them for permitting. The primary task is a detailed compliance review against the current Florida Building Code, with special attention to all fire-safety provisions—occupancy classification, egress paths, fire-rated assemblies, door hardware, alarms, sprinklers, and related notes. Compliance must specifically meet requirements for the city of Longwood.
Once any tweaks are identified, we can collaborate on them; after that, I need the full set signed and sealed (digital seal is fine under Florida statutes) so they are ready for the building department.
Deliverables:
• Written markup or redlined PDF highlighting every required code correction
• One clean, permit-ready drawing set bearing your Florida architectural or PE signature and seal (PDF; hard copies if the jurisdiction asks)
I can supply the current PDF the moment we agree. Let me know your turnaround time and confirm your Florida license to keep submittal questions to a minimum.
