Fix Missing Word Table Borders

I created a document in Word Online, crafted a form but the form outlines do not show up when saving

I need someone who knows the quirks of Word and can pinpoint why the borders are being stripped out during the download/save process. Ideally you will:

• Examine (or recreate) the file to isolate the issue
• Restore the visible-and-printable borders in every table
• Explain the setting, compatibility flag, or formatting step that caused the problem so I can avoid it next time

A clean, working .docx with all lines intact and a brief “what-you-changed” note will be the acceptance criteria.
