Finish & Deploy MERN App

I already have a MongoDB-Express-React-Node project running locally, but it’s only about halfway there. I need someone who can first read the existing codebase, grasp the current architecture, and then drive it to production quality.

Frontend improvements are the top priority. I’m aiming to add several new features to the React interface while keeping the look and feel consistent with what’s there now. Along the way you’ll also connect the app to Firebase services already configured in the repo and wire up the planned chatbot modules.

Once the missing pieces are in place, the final step is a clean deployment—preferably through a CI/CD flow—so the app is live, stable, and easy to update.

Deliverables
• Implement the agreed-upon React features and UI tweaks.
• Integrate the existing chatbot logic into the frontend and backend endpoints.
• Ensure MongoDB, Express, Node.js, and Firebase all communicate smoothly.
• Package, test, and deploy the finished build to the production environment (details shared after kickoff).

To be considered, please include a concise yet detailed project proposal outlining:
• How you’ll audit the current codebase.
• The approach you’ll take for the new React features and chatbot hooks.
• A high-level deployment plan and any tooling you expect to use.
