Finding 10 freelancers

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced recruiter, talent sourcer, or researcher who can help me identify 10 strong potential project-based workers currently living in Thailand, preferably Bangkok.
This is not a permanent employment position. We are building a network of people who would be willing to work with us on an occasional, task-by-task/project-by-project basis, depending on their availability and skills. They would be paid separately for each assignment.
Nationalities

Please focus ONLY on:

- Filipino
- Malaysian
- Indonesian
- Iranian
- Turkish — female candidates only
Please do NOT include Thai, Indian, Myanmar, Pakistani, or Cambodian candidates.

Ideal Candidates

Candidates should:

- Currently live in Thailand, preferably Bangkok
- Have good or excellent English
- Be professional, reliable, proactive and easy to communicate with
- Be comfortable working independently on individual tasks/projects
- Be willing to accept occasional project-based assignments
- Have good computer, internet research and information-gathering skills
- Be able to find companies, suppliers, contacts and market information
- Be able to prepare simple reports and Excel/Google Sheets
- Potentially assist with meetings or local coordination

Useful backgrounds include business, administration, research, sourcing, procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, business development or project support.

They do NOT need to have the job title "assistant." We are more interested in people who are smart, organized, resourceful, proactive and able to figure things out independently.

Possible Tasks

Depending on the project, assignments may include:

- Company and market research
- Finding suppliers or potential business partners
- Finding business contacts
- Collecting and organizing information
- Comparing companies/products/services
- Preparing short reports
- Excel/Google Sheets work
- Making initial business enquiries when appropriate
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Occasionally attending or assisting with meetings
- Local coordination in Thailand
- Other small research or business-support tasks

What I Need From You

Please actively research and assess candidates rather than simply sending names from search results.

For each of the 10 candidates, please provide:

1. Full name
2. Nationality
3. Gender
4. Current city/location in Thailand
5. Professional background
6. Relevant skills
7. English level
8. LinkedIn or other professional profile
9. Publicly available email/WhatsApp/contact information, where available
10. A short explanation of why you believe the person would be a good fit for our project-based work

Please use only publicly available contact information and do not obtain private or restricted information.

Important

The candidates must be realistic potential contacts for future task-based cooperation. Please prioritize people who appear open to freelance, consulting, contract, project-based, part-time, or independent work, or who otherwise appear suitable for occasional assignments.

Quality is much more important than simply reaching 10 names.
