Responsive Portfolio Site Build -- 2

I need a brand-new portfolio website created from the ground up. The finished site must look and perform flawlessly on mobile, tablet and desktop, so clean, fully responsive code is essential.

Here’s the scope as I see it right now:
• Plan and implement the complete front-end and back-end stack (feel free to choose modern tools such as React, Next.js, Vue, Node, Django, or Laravel—as long as performance and maintainability stay front of mind).
• Structure the content so I can showcase projects, skills and a short bio, with room for future expansion.
• Set up any necessary APIs or lightweight database connections for dynamic sections (e.g., project listings or a simple blog feed).
• Include basic admin authentication so I can log in and update content without touching the codebase.
• Optimise for speed, accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Deploy to a production host of your choice—Netlify, Vercel, AWS, or another platform—with a smooth CI/CD pipeline so future changes are painless.

Deliverables that will let me sign off:
1. Source code in a private Git repository.
2. Live production URL with HTTPS.
3. Clear README covering environment setup, tech stack, and deployment steps.
4. Brief hand-off call or screen-share to walk me through updating content.
