I need a photorealistic 3D house, fully furnished and optimized for smooth, browser-based viewing on a real-estate platform. The scene must ship as a single GLB file with all textures already baked and embedded so agents and buyers can orbit, zoom, and pan without any extra downloads.

Scope and expectations
• Fidelity: high-detail architecture, rich materials, and intricate furnishings—think showroom-ready rather than placeholder props.
• Efficiency: clean topology, reasonable polygon count for WebGL, and PBR textures (BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, AO) baked down to 2–4 k maps.
• Compatibility: glTF 2.0 / GLB export that opens flawlessly in model-viewer, Three.js, and Babylon.js.
• UVs: no overlaps on the main channel; second UV for lightmaps if needed.
• Lighting: baked global illumination, no real-time lights.
• Scale: real-world units (meters).

Deliverables
1. Final .glb file with embedded textures
2. A zipped folder of the texture maps used in case future tweaks are required
3. One or two screenshots confirming correct import in a standard glTF viewer

Acceptance criteria
• Loads in Chrome and Safari at 60 fps on a mid-range laptop
• No missing textures or shading errors
• Materials look consistent with provided reference photos

When you reply, please add a link to past work that shows comparable interior detail and baked-texture quality. That portfolio sample will be the main factor in my selection.
