I have a batch of financial records that need to be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The information includes plain text labels, numerical figures, and date/time stamps, all pulled from my accounting statements. Your task is straightforward data entry:

• Set up or refine a simple template inside Excel (any recent version is fine) so each field—text, numbers, and dates—lands in the right column, with consistent formats and basic validation where practical.
• Key every line of the provided financial data into that template with zero transcription errors.
• Return the finished .xlsx file ready for immediate analysis, plus a brief note highlighting any unreadable items you had to flag.
