On-Site Receipt & Card Data Entry

I need someone in Singapore physically who can come to the Mohamed Sultan area for a single-day assignment (roughly 5–7 hours). The job has two parts:

1) Receipts
I will hand you a stack of receipts. You will key the amount, date, and vendor details from each one into an Excel sheet I provide. Accuracy is critical because these figures feed straight into my accounts.

2) Name cards
You’ll capture each business card with a mobile scanning app of our choice—we can decide together once you arrive—and then export the data straight to Excel. The end result should be a clean spreadsheet containing the card information ready for upload to my contacts.

Deliverables (end of day):
• Completed Excel file with all receipt entries (amount, date, vendor)
• Excel export of every scanned name card
• Digital copies of the card images stored in the app for my records

Please bring a laptop running Excel and a smartphone capable of installing typical scanning apps such as CamScanner, Office Lens, or Adobe Scan. A quiet workspace and Wi-Fi will be available on-site.
