Financial Data Collection & Cleanup -- 2

I need help gathering scattered financial records, entering them into fresh Google Sheets or Excel workbooks, then scrubbing every cell so the final file is perfectly formatted and free of duplicates. You are welcome to switch between Sheets and Excel as needed; I’ll be reviewing the finished spreadsheet in both environments, so formulas and formatting must stay intact when the file is downloaded or uploaded.

Scope of work
• Collect the source statements or exports I provide and organise them into the agreed-upon column structure.
• Verify each figure against the originals, flagging any anomalies.
• Remove duplicate rows, correct inconsistent dates, currencies, and number formats, and ensure tidy naming throughout.
• Hand back a single, reconciled workbook plus a short change log that explains any records you removed or altered.

Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % field-level accuracy when compared to source documents.
2. No duplicate transaction IDs or dates.
3. Consistent formatting sustained when the file is opened in either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
4. Delivery by the milestone dates we set together.
