Finalize React Native iOS Application

I need an experienced React Native / Expo developer to take over an existing iOS application and deliver a fully working TestFlight version.

The app is already largely developed. I do NOT need a new application built from scratch.

Current stack:

* React Native / Expo
* iOS / TestFlight
* Next.js backend
* PostgreSQL / Prisma
* Railway
* LiveKit audio/video
* Realtime synchronization
* English and Arabic / RTL support

The main remaining task is to identify and fix the real physical-device blockers.

The application has a four-person ceremony flow:
Bride + Groom + Witness 1 + Witness 2.

The final acceptance requirement is very clear:

The full ceremony must work from beginning to end on four separate physical phones, including:

* invitations and joining
* correct participant roles
* LiveKit connection
* camera and microphone
* audio/video between participants
* realtime ceremony synchronization
* reconnect after temporary network loss
* background/foreground recovery
* all ceremony stages
* final completion
* certificate generation
* successful iOS TestFlight build

Please do not rewrite the application unless absolutely necessary. The objective is to inspect and fix the existing repository.

Fixed-price target budget: USD 350.
Maximum budget: USD 500 for a highly qualified developer.

Payment will be divided into milestones, with the largest payment released only after the four-device physical test and TestFlight delivery are successfully completed.
