Develop Flutter-Firebase App: 'Fuel Track Nepal'

# Flutter + Firebase Developer Needed – Fuel Track Nepal MVP

I am looking for an experienced **Flutter / FlutterFlow + Firebase developer** to turn my existing FlutterFlow project into a functional MVP.

## About the project

The project is called **Fuel Track Nepal**.

I have already created the UI/design and basic screens in **FlutterFlow using FlutterFlow AI**. The application is intended to manage fuel transactions for schools, buses/vehicles, and petrol pumps.

I do **not** need the application designed from scratch. I need a developer who can take the existing FlutterFlow project and implement the backend, database, functionality, authentication, and business logic.

* Add/edit buses or vehicles
* Vehicle number/details
* Assign driver/user
* View vehicle fuel history

### 4. Fuel Transactions

Users should be able to record:

* School
* Bus/vehicle
* Fuel type
* Fuel quantity/litres
* Amount
* Date
* Time
* Petrol pump/operator
* User who made the transaction
* Transaction/reference ID

### 5. Transaction History

* View previous transactions
* Search
* Filter by school
* Filter by bus/vehicle
* Filter by date
* Filter by petrol pump
* View transaction details

### 6. Dashboard

* Total fuel issued
* Total amount
* Number of transactions
* Daily/monthly summaries
* School-wise summary
* Vehicle-wise summary

### 7. Reports

* Daily fuel reports
* Monthly fuel reports
* School-wise reports
* Vehicle-wise reports
* Basic export/report functionality where practical

### 8. Firebase Backend

I need a properly structured Firebase backend including:

* Firebase Authentication
* Firestore database
* User roles and permissions
* Appropriate database structure
* Security rules
* Data validation

## Existing FlutterFlow Project

The UI has already been created in FlutterFlow.

I currently cannot download/export the Flutter source code on my current plan, so I would initially like the developer to work directly with the existing FlutterFlow project as a collaborator if possible.

If you believe source-code export or another setup is required, please explain this in your proposal before starting.

## Phase 1 exclusions

The first MVP does **not** require:

* Physical petrol-pump hardware integration
* RFID/device integration
* GPS tracking
* Payment gateway
* SMS system
* Advanced AI
* Complex analytics

These may be added in future phases.

## What I expect from the developer

* Work with the existing FlutterFlow UI
* Connect the UI to Firebase
* Build the required functionality and business logic
* Create the required Firestore structure
* Implement authentication and permissions
* Test the application
* Fix bugs
* Provide a working MVP
* Explain the setup so I can continue maintaining the project

## Important ownership requirement

The FlutterFlow project, Firebase project/database, source code, application accounts, and final work must remain under my ownership.

Please do not create the production Firebase project or other important project accounts under your personal account.
