Finalize KDP Release for Blackjack -- 2

I have a fully written book—“Winning Blackjack Made Easy”—and I’m stuck on the last mile of getting it live on Kindle Direct Publishing. My main roadblocks are:

• Manuscript formatting: the interior file still needs to meet KDP’s trim, margin, table-of-contents, and clickable-link standards so it converts cleanly to Kindle and paperback editions.
• Cover file: the artwork is finished in Adobe and currently sits as a PDF, but KDP keeps rejecting it for file-type compatibility. I need it converted or rebuilt so it uploads without errors and displays crisply at all required resolutions.

What I’m after is a ready-to-upload package. I’ll provide the current Word/Pages draft, the finished cover PDF, and any artwork layers you ask for. You’ll return:

1. A KDP-compliant manuscript (reflowable EPUB and print-ready PDF).
2. A cover file in the exact specs KDP accepts (front, spine, back for paperback; JPEG or TIFF for the Kindle edition).
3. Quick walkthrough notes so I can hit “Publish” with confidence.

Acceptance: the files must pass KDP’s previewer with zero formatting or size warnings.
