I’m ready to elevate both my living and dining rooms with classic, faux wainscoting. The plan is to build the design directly onto the existing drywall using wood boards, creating that clean, applied-moulding look without fully paneling the wall.

Scope
• Measure both rooms, plan balanced box layouts, and confirm all dimensions with me before cutting.
• Source, cut, and install the wood rails, stiles, and cap moulding. All seams should be tight, corners crisp, and lines perfectly level.
• Fill holes, caulk edges, and sand smooth so the surface is paint-ready when you leave.

Material & Finish
Solid wood is a must; once your work is done, I’ll handle the final wall paint, so stain or clear finish isn’t needed on your end—just a clean, primed surface (if you normally prime).

Acceptance Criteria
✓ Boxes evenly spaced, aligned, and symmetrical in both rooms
✓ No visible gaps at joints; everything flush to the wall
✓ Surfaces sanded and caulked, ready for paint

If this sounds straightforward to you and you have experience trimming out rooms with this kind of detail work, let’s talk timing and get started.
