Event Coverage: On-Site Photo Shoots

I have a handful of small assignments coming up and I’d like to work with a photographer and videographer who can bill by the hour. The immediate need is private-party event coverage that will move between indoor rooms and an outdoor area, so you’ll need to be comfortable adapting to mixed lighting and changing backgrounds on the fly.

Please bring a kit suitable for low-light interiors and open-air evening shots—fast lenses, portable strobes or continuous lights, and the ability to tether or preview quickly will be a plus. I’m after natural, candid moments as well as a few lightly-posed group shots; minimal intrusion, maximum storytelling.

After each shoot I’ll need a curated set of high-resolution, colour-corrected JPEGs delivered within three days via a shared drive and videos. RAW files can stay with you unless we agree otherwise. Let me know your hourly rate, the gear you plan to use, and links to comparable event work you’ve handled indoors and out.

If things run smoothly, I’ll have more mini-projects of a similar scale ready to hand over.
