I’m bringing a home-grown ride-sharing service to Fiji and need the complete product designed and built: a passenger app, a driver app, and a web-based admin dashboard, all wired to the same back-end and payment rails.

Scope
• Both the passenger and driver apps must run seamlessly on iOS and Android.
• Passenger flow: search for a ride, receive a fare estimate, request, live-track the driver, pay through M-PAiSA, then rate the trip. Real-time tracking, in-app chat, and ride history are non-negotiable; we can refine additional options together.
• Driver flow: toggle online, receive requests, accept, follow built-in navigation, finish the trip, then view an earnings summary and rate the passenger.
• The admin dashboard should give me one place to govern drivers, passengers, trips, pricing rules, payments, complaints, and any future promotions.

Technical Notes
I’m open to native, Flutter, or React Native as long as performance is silky for our bandwidth conditions. The M-PAiSA SDK (or API gateway) must be integrated for cardless top-ups and ride payments, with receipts logged in the back-office panel. A scalable REST or GraphQL API, push notification service, and secure user auth are expected.

Deliverables
1. UX/UI designs for all three modules, approved before coding
2. Production-ready passenger and driver apps for iOS & Android, published under my developer accounts
3. Responsive admin dashboard with role-based access
4. Documented back-end (source + API docs)
5. Test plan and hand-off knowledge base

Acceptance will hinge on a live demo covering a complete booking cycle, M-PAiSA payment confirmation, and data appearing correctly in the dashboard. Let’s discuss milestones, timelines, and any extra features you can bring to the table.
