I need a comprehensive foundation report for a manufactured home, adhering to FHA requirements. The foundation type will be a permanent one, and the report must ensure compliance with all relevant FHA guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Detailed assessment of the chosen foundation type (concrete slab, piers and beams, or basement)
- Ensure adherence to all FHA requirements
- Provide necessary documentation and reports
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with FHA guidelines
- Experience in evaluating manufactured home foundations
- Structural engineering background is a plus
- Ability to deliver the report ASAP
We currently are doing 2-5 a week. Plan to get to 10-15 a week.
