We're looking for someone to help us collect and organize customer feedback. Our customers leave comments in several places: surveys, review pages, support conversations, and social media. Your job is to gather what they say, sort it into clear categories, and turn it into short summaries the team can actually use.
We care more about careful reading and clear organization than about experience with analytics tools. If you can spot a recurring theme, sort comments consistently, and write a short summary without losing the details, you'll fit in well. Training takes about an hour, and we review your first summaries before you work independently.
On a typical task you'll go through the feedback sources we list, tag each comment by topic and sentiment using our categories, group similar comments together, and write a short weekly summary of what customers mention most and what changed since last time. You'll flag serious complaints to the team lead right away rather than waiting for the summary, and keep our feedback sheet up to date.
What matters to us: careful reading, consistent categorization, clear and short writing, comfort with spreadsheets, and reliability, meaning you keep to agreed deadlines and ask before guessing.
What you get: flexible hours you can plan around your day, remote work from anywhere, clear categories and examples for tagging, feedback on your first summaries, and ongoing part-time work with a steady flow of feedback.
