I am preparing a criminal matter in which charges have already been filed and the court is now considering them. What I need most is strategic, research-driven assistance that strengthens every forthcoming move in court.

Your core task will be trial strategy and case law research under Indian criminal jurisprudence. Specifically, I want:

• A concise brief collecting the most recent and persuasive judgments that align with our defence theory, with pinpoint citations ready for quick submission.
• A critical review of the prosecution’s evidence. Highlight legal or factual weaknesses I can exploit during arguments on charge or framing of issues.
• Well-crafted questions for both examination-in-chief and cross-examination, structured to expose inconsistencies while protecting our own narrative.

I will supply the FIR, charge-sheet, witness statements, and any available exhibits. You return a clearly organised research packet and draft questions in Word (or Google Docs) so I can edit on the fly. Bluebook or SCC style citations are fine as long as they remain consistent.

Accuracy, speed, and absolute confidentiality are essential. If you have handled similar Indian criminal trials—particularly IPC and CrPC matters—tell me briefly when you respond.
