I want to take FalconAI Aviation OS from idea to a cloud-native product that Saudi airlines can count on to cut operating costs. The first release must centre on Flight Operations—real-time monitoring, automated planning, fuel-burn optimisation and disruption handling—delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS platform airlines will license rather than build themselves.

Architecture & scope
The core should be micro-service based, containerised and deployable on AWS or Azure so we can bolt on additional modules without refactoring. Those upcoming modules include full Crew Management (with scheduling & rostering, compliance tracking, and training / certification management baked in), Maintenance, Passenger-service recovery features and an executive analytics layer. APIs have to stay open so we can later extend the same backbone to airports, MROs and ground-handling partners.

Business driver
Every feature must demonstrate a measurable reduction in an airline’s operating costs while meeting all GACA, IOSA and EASA safety-compliance requirements.

Deliverables for the Flight Operations MVP
• A web dashboard and mobile-ready interface for the OCC.
• Data ingestion from flight-planning tools, ADS-B and AODB feeds updated within 60 s.
• Fuel-burn prediction engine accurate to ±3 %.
• Real-time crew legality and delay alerts.
• API documentation and test suite.
• Platform uptime ≥ 99.5 %.

When you respond, please outline
– Your proposed tech stack and why it fits this domain.
– Relevant airline, aerospace or mission-critical experience.
– A phased milestone plan (with approximate timelines) to reach MVP and subsequent modules.

I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear, cost-effective roadmap that keeps the long-term vision intact.
