I need a production-ready system that keeps my physical-goods inventory in sync from the moment an online order is placed right through to the automatic purchase of new stock. The core of the job is to connect three workflows—stock-level monitoring, automatic restocking, and order processing—so they work seamlessly as one.

Here is what I expect the finished solution to do:

• Track on-hand quantities in real time across all my sales channels.
• Trigger a restock the instant preset thresholds are reached, create the purchase order, and route it automatically to my supplier’s API or email.
• Update order status and stock counts back to the storefront so customers always see accurate availability.

I am open to the tech stack, but the system must be reliable, well-documented, and easy for my team to tweak later (think Python, Node.js, or another mainstream language paired with a lightweight database and clear API integrations).

When you respond, please link to past work that shows you have built similar automation or inventory tools. A short note explaining the approach you would take is welcome, but examples of working projects will speak loudest.

Once we agree on scope, I’ll share specific supplier and storefront details so you can tailor the integrations and map the data fields precisely.
