Excel Database for Automated Shift Scheduling

I'm looking for an Excel expert to build a user-friendly database with Macros for automating our weekly Master schedule for four shifts (Sunday-Saturday).

Requirements:
- Automated shift generation based on staff availability input
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- User-friendly interface for easy editing
- Incorporate specific posts for each shift and manage seniority and leave
- The document generation should be from the Excel database into a word document that closely resembles the uploaded example

Ideal Skills:
- Advanced Excel proficiency, especially in Macros
- Experience in scheduling and conflict resolution
