Exterior Elevation Design for G+2 House (Front & Side Elevations) -- 2

I am looking for an experienced architect to design the exterior elevation of our under-construction G+2 house. The structural work is nearly complete, and the focus is on developing a modern, elegant, and premium-looking facade suitable for both personal residence and Airbnb/commercial use. Need clean, professional exterior elevations for both the front and the two visible sides. The overall aesthetic I’m after is modern—simple lines, balanced masses, generous glazing.

Scope of Work:
Develop 3 distinct exterior elevation concepts.
Design the front and left-side elevations.
Incorporate glass balcony railings.
Explore two staircase-side wall options:
Decorative hollow/jaali wall
Full solid feature wall
Recommend exterior materials, textures, and paint colour schemes.
Integrate modern architectural lighting into the façade.
Ensure the design is practical, economical, and construction-friendly.
