I manage a Hindi-language YouTube channel and I’m ready to partner with a creative editor who can take charge of BOTH short-form clips (Shorts/Reels) and full-length videos. Your main mission is to deliver eye-catching, HD-quality visuals that keep viewers clicking and watching.
Here’s the look and feel I’m after: bright, colourful thumbnails that pop in the feed, supported by the following effects and text treatments:
• Bold text with clean shadow work
• Smooth animated text and transitions when a reel needs extra punch
• Occasional vintage or retro touches to suit specific topics
Day-to-day tasks will include:
– Editing Shorts/Reels in vertical format along with the occasional long-form episode
– Designing the thumbnail (1280×720, under 2 MB) from scratch or refining a supplied image
– Cleaning up photos so faces and objects stay crisp even on mobile
– Adding trending text/effects so every frame feels fresh
– Suggesting titles, keywords and hashtags that match current YouTube trends
Consistency and speed matter; I’ll send you footage or raw images several times a week and expect timely turnarounds. If you’re comfortable working long-term and can show a portfolio that proves your colour grading, typography and motion graphics skills—whether you use Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or any comparable tool—then let’s talk.
Please share:
1. Links to recent thumbnails or Shorts you’ve produced
2. A brief outline of your typical turnaround time per asset
3. Your quotation structure (per thumbnail, per short video, or package rate)
I look forward to building an ongoing collaboration that helps both of us grow.
