Freelance CRM Automation Specialist Needed — Business Funding Startup

I’m looking for an experienced CRM/Workflow Automation Specialist to help me finish building out the automation system for my startup business consulting and funding company.

The business is consulting-first, with business funding assistance offered as an additional service when appropriate. I already have the foundation of the workflow built and need someone who can come in, review what has been created, correct any issues, and finish the remaining automation.

What I Need Help With:

Complete and optimize existing lead-nurturing workflows
New lead → immediate SMS/email response
Consultation booking confirmations and reminders
No-show follow-up automation
Thank-you and post-consultation follow-up
Proposal/agreement notification and follow-up
Client onboarding/welcome sequences
Funding strategy follow-up
Lead nurturing and re-engagement
Pipeline/stage automation
Tags, triggers, conditions, and stop rules
SMS and email automation
Appointment-based branching
Make sure workflows do not send conflicting or duplicate messages
Test the entire customer journey from lead → consultation → proposal → client
Recommend improvements that will increase conversions and improve the client experience

Ideal Freelancer:

You should have proven experience with CRM automation, sales funnels, workflow builders, lead nurturing, SMS/email automation, and appointment-based workflows.

Experience with business consulting, financial services, business funding, or professional services is a major plus.

I am not looking for someone to build a completely new system from scratch. The foundation already exists. I need someone who can understand the existing setup, finish it correctly, troubleshoot issues, and make the system professional and scalable.
