Experienced Etsy US Furniture Product Research & Catalog Specialist – 600 Products

I am looking for a highly experienced e-commerce and Etsy specialist to help me build a large, premium furniture catalog for the US market.

This is a long-term project with approximately 600 products, so I am looking for someone with proven experience in Etsy, furniture/e-commerce product sourcing, product catalog management, SEO, and professional product data organization.

I am not looking for a beginner or someone who simply copies and pastes listings. I need an experienced freelancer who understands how to identify strong products, organize product information professionally, and prepare everything efficiently for Etsy and Shopify.

Product Focus

The collection will focus on:

Famous international furniture brands
Wooden furniture
Vintage / retro furniture
Sculptural furniture
Luxury sofas and statement seating
Togo-style sofas and similar internationally popular furniture styles
Premium decorative wooden pieces

I want products from well-known international furniture brands and designers, where legally usable product information/assets are available.

For each product, I need a complete and professionally organized product package:

4–5 high-quality product images
Product video if legitimately available
Product name
Brand
Model/product reference where applicable
Etsy SEO title
13 Etsy tags
SEO-friendly description
Relevant keywords
Materials
Dimensions/specifications
Price/reference price where available
Image Rights — VERY IMPORTANT

This is one of the most important requirements.

I need legally usable commercial images.

Do not simply copy images from Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Pinterest, competitor stores, or official brand websites without permission.

If images are sourced from a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, authorized retailer, stock provider, or another legitimate source, they must be commercially usable/authorized.

Do not:

Remove watermarks
Remove logos from copyrighted images
Copy competitor photography
Use copyrighted images without permission
Present unauthorized products as authentic branded products

I want the project handled professionally to minimize copyright/IP problems.

Shopify + Etsy Files

I need the final information delivered in two formats:

1. Shopify CSV

A clean, properly structured CSV containing the product information for bulk Shopify management.

2. Normal organized product files

Each product should have its own organized folder/file containing:

Images
Video/link if available
Product title
Etsy title
Tags
Description
Keywords
Brand
Product information

The organization must make it very easy for me to upload/manage the products later.

Quantity

The target is approximately 600 different products.

I do not want duplicate or nearly identical products repeated throughout the catalog.
