I’m building a steady pipeline of 600–800 probate leads every month and need a detail-minded assistant to keep the flow smooth and error-free. Your day-to-day work is straightforward: log into the North Carolina Courts site, pull the probate case files I assign, then drop them into Google Drive exactly where my folder template tells you. Along the way you’ll update a simple Google Sheet so every case number, county, filing date, and upload status is accounted for—no skips, no duplicates, no mix-ups.
Training is provided and built around hands-on practice; I’ll walk you through the first test batch (paid) step by step and let you drive so the process sticks. Because the folder structure comes pre-defined, you can focus on speed and accuracy rather than deciding where things belong.
Core deliverables for each batch
• Complete set of assigned case PDFs downloaded from the NC Courts website
• Files uploaded to the correct county → batch-date folders in Drive
• Tracker updated with exact case number, county, filing date, and “uploaded” status
• Zero missing, misnamed, or duplicate files
Comfort with websites, Google Drive, and Google Sheets is essential, and a strong eye for detail will set you up for long-term success. If you’re already very familiar with pulling documents from court portals, you’ll hit the ground running. Let’s start with the test batch and grow from there.
