Precisely Format Text Data Entry

I have a folder of PDFs and Word documents that need to be re-typed (no copy-paste macros) and placed into fresh Word files following my detailed style guide. Every heading level, bold word, bullet, and paragraph break has to match the instructions I’ll supply, so close attention to formatting is essential.

You will receive the source files, a sample completed file, the naming convention, and a short checklist that covers margins, fonts, and spacing. Accuracy takes priority over speed; I will run spot checks, and any file that doesn’t meet the guide will be sent back for correction.

Deliverables
• One perfectly formatted Word document for each source file
• Daily brief update on progress and any questions

If you’re comfortable working in Word (Office 365) or Google Docs and can keep formatting flawless, this job will be straightforward.
