Excel Accounting Automation Specialist

I’m looking for a detail-minded Excel expert who can turn my day-to-day accounting spreadsheets into a largely self-running system.

What I already have
• Well-maintained bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial-reporting data, all in separate Excel files.
• A clear understanding of the results I need—but the calculations still involve too much manual effort.

What I need from you
1. Review my current workbooks for consistency and accuracy.
2. Build (or refine) formula-driven automation that performs recurring calculations for bank reconciliation, aging schedules, payroll totals, and financial statements.
3. Configure dynamic tools—named ranges, pivot tables, lookup formulas, and dashboards—so reports update automatically when I paste in fresh data.
4. Document the logic in a concise “how-to” sheet so I can maintain everything going forward.

The entire work will live in Excel; I don’t use QuickBooks or Xero for this project. If you can also suggest lightweight macros or Power Query steps that speed things up without overcomplicating maintenance, that’s a plus.
