Basic Power Automate Flow

I have a small data-processing routine that needs to live inside Power Automate. The source is Excel (or Google Sheets) files—no databases or cloud apps for now—so the job is simply to create a clean, reusable flow that picks up the sheet, applies the logic I will supply, and outputs the processed rows back to a destination we agree on.

Here is what I need from you:
• A new Power Automate workflow that connects to the Excel/Google Sheets connector, pulls the data, applies the mapping or transformation rules I provide, and writes the results.
• Clear comments inside the flow so I can adjust it later.
• A brief hand-off note (or quick Loom/video) that explains the trigger, each action, and any prerequisite permissions.

Everything will be built in my Microsoft 365 tenant; I will share access once we start. If you think the same pattern could later be expanded to SQL Server or SharePoint, feel free to flag the tweaks that would be required, but the first release should stay focused on the spreadsheet source.
