Entry-Level Recruiter for Candidate Sourcing

I’m expanding our network of Co-Listing Agents in the Airbnb and short-term rental space and need an organised, people-oriented assistant to help me find the right talent. Your day will revolve around three core activities:

• Research potential candidates on LinkedIn, mainstream job boards and relevant social media groups
• Reach out, introduce the partnership opportunity, and answer their initial questions
• Gather, label and store each interested candidate’s CV and notes in the shared tracker

Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail matter more to me than prior recruiting experience; I’ll provide the message templates, screening questions and an easy workflow so you can learn as you go.

Deliverables will be:
1. A continuously updated spreadsheet with candidate links, contact dates and status
2. A folder of CVs named in the agreed convention
3. A brief weekly summary of outreach numbers and promising leads
