Send 500 Canadian SMS Blasts

I have a list of roughly 500 Canadian mobile numbers and a short marketing text ready to go. What I need is simple: get that message delivered to every contact with as close to 100 % deliverability as current carrier filtering allows.

I have not locked myself into any particular gateway or cloud SMS platform, so you’re free to use Twilio, Nexmo, Plivo, or another tool you trust for Canadian routes—just let me know what you prefer and why it will work best. I do not need detailed analytics or response tracking; a concise confirmation that the batch has been sent is enough.

Please make sure you can:
• Handle Canadian carrier requirements so messages actually land.
• Work with the CSV contact list and text I supply without edits.
• Send the full batch promptly once everything is set up.
