Enter Contacts During US Hours

I need an accurate, detail-oriented person who can be online during U.S. business hours to copy contact information into our web-based database. For every record you will enter just three fields—name, email address, and phone number—using the secure form I provide.

The source files will be ready for you at the start of each shift, and I’ll monitor progress through the dashboard, so consistent speed and a very low error rate are important. Before submitting a batch, please double-check for typos and existing duplicates; the system flags obvious repeats, but I rely on you for the final confirmation.

You should already be comfortable working inside browser forms and following simple data-quality rules (proper capitalization, no extra spaces, standard U.S. phone formatting). If you have experience with data entry tools or light QA, mention it when you reply—those skills will help you hit the ground running.

I’ll send a short trial set first; once that’s approved, the project will continue in daily increments.
