STRICT NOTE: WHAT YOU BID IS WHAT YOU WILL BE PAID NO PLACE HOLDERS SAVES TIME FOR YOU AND ME, YOU WILL BE REJECTED STRAIGHT AWAY
I have a two-storey metal building that needs a full, code-compliant MEP and sprinkler package based on the details in the document I’ve uploaded. The ground floor is reserved for heavy-load storage, while the entire upper floor will operate as a green studio supporting movie filming and recording, live streaming and broadcast, video editing and post-production, plus music production. Because of this mixed use, the design must address high electrical demand, clean power for A/V gear, quiet yet efficient HVAC with robust filtration, adequate plumbing for both floors, and an NFPA-compliant sprinkler system.
Please provide:
• Coordinated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler drawings ready for permit submission (PDF and original CAD/BIM files)
• Load and sizing calculations for all systems, including sprinkler hydraulic calculations
• Equipment schedules, riser diagrams, and any specialty details needed for the studio environment
• A short design narrative that explains assumptions, standards followed, and any special provisions for the heavy-load storage and green studio areas
I’ll review your progress in stages as outlined in the uploaded brief, so package your work so that each discipline can be checked independently before final integration. Let me know your preferred software platform and proposed timeline, and we can get started right away.
This will be just conceptual to go and discuss with City of Phoenix for approval
