Enhance Existing Attendance and ERP Apps

# Freelancer Project: Upgrade Existing Attendance App + ERP Apps

I already have a working **Attendance Web + Android App** and an existing **ERP Web + 6 Android Apps** with complete source code.

This is **not development from scratch**. Existing functions must remain safe and working.

## 1. Attendance App

Add:

* Native push notifications
* Live/background employee location tracking
* QR Code Check-In/Check-Out
* Office location/geofence attendance
* Configurable Check-In/Check-Out time rules
* Late/Grace/Half-Day/Early Exit rules
* Minimum working-hours rules
* GPS latitude/longitude capture
* Location/attendance history reports
* Basic fake/mock-location protection
* Individual/group employee chat
* Voice messages
* Individual/group voice calling
* Individual/group video calling

## 2. ERP + 6 Apps

Apps: **TC, TL, FO, Reseller TC, Reseller TL, Reseller FO**

Required:

* Native push notifications for all 6 apps
* Notifications controlled from ERP Web
* Send to individual, selected users, team, role or all users
* FO App latitude/longitude capture for selected field/customer activities
* Store date/time, GPS accuracy and location
* ERP map and location reports

## 3. Automatic Push Notifications – Both Web Systems

Required in **Attendance Web + ERP Web**:

* Manual Send Now
* Scheduled notifications
* Automatic event-based notifications
* Individual / selected / team / role / all users
* Notification templates
* Enable/Disable rules
* Notification history/status

Examples: attendance, late check-in, absence, leave, reminders, leads, callbacks, approvals, performance and other events.

I will provide more automatic notification conditions later, so this module must be flexible for adding new triggers.

## 4. Automatic WhatsApp Reports – Both Web Systems

Add official WhatsApp API integration to **Attendance Web + ERP Web**.

Required:

* Auto-generate selected reports
* Send as Image / PDF / Text
* Send to one or multiple WhatsApp numbers
* Daily / Weekly / Monthly scheduling
* Exact sending time
* Manual Send Now
* Enable/Disable schedules
* Sent/Failed history
* Retry failed messages

Examples:

* Attendance reports
* Present/Absent
* Late/Leave
* Daily Login
* TC/TL/FO Performance
* Sales/Activation
* Callback/Follow-up
* Monthly reports

Exact reports, recipients and timings will be provided later.

Use the **official WhatsApp Business/Cloud API only**, under my ownership.

## 5. Existing Bugs + Small Feature Changes

Developer must also:

* Review and fix existing bugs in both systems
* Fix UI/functional issues found during testing
* Fix broken links/pages/API errors
* Fix performance or compatibility issues where required
* Add some **small features/changes** that I will provide during development
* Small agreed changes should be included without rebuilding the complete system

Please inform me first if any requested change is considered a major new module or requires additional cost.

## 6. Important

* Keep all existing features working
* Do not modify live production without approval
* Take backup and test safely
* Security check for backdoors, unknown APIs, hard-coded credentials and suspicious dependencies
* Report suspicious items before changing/removing them
* All Firebase, WhatsApp, voice/video, API and signing accounts/keys must be under my ownership
* No developer-owned dependency

## 7. Final Delivery

I need:

* Complete updated source code
* Backend/API/database changes
* Attendance APK + Play Store-ready AAB
* All 6 ERP app APK/AAB + editable source
* Firebase/push setup
* WhatsApp API setup
* Chat/voice/video setup
* Android signing keys
* Build/deployment instructions
* All credentials/account ownership
* Existing bug fixes
* Agreed small feature additions
* Final testing and bug support before acceptance

Please confirm **recommended technologies, third-party/monthly costs, total development cost, delivery time and post-delivery support**.
