Project Overview:
We are launching a new business and looking for an expert Odoo Consultant/Developer to fully configure our Odoo environment from scratch. Odoo will serve as our central operating system. Your job is not only to configure the native Odoo apps but also to successfully integrate our external tech stack (Saleshandy, TrulyInbox, Website (Hostinger Builder), Riverside, and LinkedIn) into Odoo where necessary. We need this central hub to automatically catch leads, manage projects, and handle billing without manual data entry.
Project Terms (Timeline & Budget):
The entire setup and integration must be completed and tested within 1 week (7 to 10 days maximum).
This is a fixed-price, one-off fee project. Please quote your total price for the complete delivery of all scope items below.
Deliverables: Core Odoo Configuration
Set up company details, regional settings, and user access rights.
Configure Odoo CRM to manage our sales pipeline, define lead stages, and customize fields for our specific workflows.
Set up Odoo Appointments to create booking pages, sync with external calendars, and automate booking reminders.
Configure Odoo Invoicing and successfully integrate the Razorpay payment gateway to accept online payments directly from invoices.
Set up Odoo Project (Kanban boards) and integrate Odoo Knowledge to house our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client documents.
Configure Odoo Discuss for internal communication and ensure it links seamlessly to relevant Projects and Tasks.
Set up Odoo Sign by uploading standard contract templates, mapping dynamic fields, and automating the contract-sending process from the CRM.
Connect Odoo Social Marketing to our social media profiles for centralized content scheduling.
Consult on and activate any other native Odoo apps that you believe are absolute must-haves for our operations, keeping the system lean.
Deliverables: External App Integrations & Automation
Use Odoo Automated Actions, APIs, Webhooks, or third-party connectors (like Make/Zapier if necessary) to tie our external stack to Odoo.
Integrate our Hostinger Builder website so that web form submissions automatically create leads in Odoo CRM.
Integrate our cold email and outreach tools (Saleshandy and TrulyInbox) with Odoo CRM so that warm replies and lead statuses are synced.
Integrate LinkedIn outreach efforts into the Odoo CRM pipeline to track prospect conversations and conversions.
Integrate Riverside (our video/podcast recording tool) with Odoo Project so that recorded assets or post-production tasks automatically trigger workflows inside Odoo.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of end-to-end Odoo implementations (Odoo v16/v17).
Strong experience building integrations between Odoo and external SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, or Odoo Automated Actions.
Specific past experience integrating Razorpay with Odoo Invoicing.
Ability to work fast and deliver a fully tested, bug-free setup within the 1-week timeline.
