I’m ready to replace two time-consuming routines—daily email triage and messy download folders—with a single, dependable workflow. Here’s what I need:

1. Email handling automation
• Automatically monitor one or more inboxes, identify incoming messages by rule (sender, subject, attachment type, date), and perform actions such as move, label, or forward.
• Save attachments straight into the correct folder created by the file-sorting component below.

2. Smart file sorting
• As soon as new files land in a watch folder (from email, downloads, or network share), sort them into a clear folder tree that separates Documents from Media (images & videos) and further sub-organises by date or naming convention we agree on.
• Duplicate detection and safe overwrite logic are essential.

I’m open to the toolset—Python (watchdog, imaplib, exchangelib), PowerShell, or a no-code option like Power Automate—as long as it runs reliably on Windows and can be scheduled or triggered in real time.

Please include:
• A brief outline of your approach and chosen tech.
• The runnable script / flow with clear setup instructions.
• A quick demo (screenshots or short clip) that proves the automation works on sample emails and mixed file types.

I’ll test against a mailbox and a folder packed with PDFs, Word docs, JPEGs, and MP4s; everything should land in its rightful home without manual intervention. Looking forward to streamlining this once and for all.
