We're looking for an experienced AI consultant to assess the feasibility of a project before we present it to the CEO.
The project would build a team of AI agents that each take on a traditional business role (for example sales, HR, and marketing), plus agents that handle customer-facing work such as outreach (SEO, ads, email promotions) and updating the company website. A central custom-built "orchestrator" AI would coordinate all of the agents. Most of the agents would work inside Microsoft tools (for example Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Azure), and we'd like the customer-facing parts to be built on Microsoft technology too, if that's practical.
As a first phase, we're aiming to deliver a sales AI agent and a simple outreach agent within 6 weeks. Our team consists of 3 cybersecurity specialists with a small background in AI.
We'd like you to tell us:
1. Whether the first phase is realistic in 6 weeks, and how feasible the full vision is overall
2. The main technical, operational, and risk challenges we should expect
3. Which parts are straightforward and which are hard or still unproven
4. A rough sense of the effort, cost, or team we'd need
We expect this to take about 8 working hours, delivered as two documents: a detailed report and a brief executive summary.
