Build Integrated Zoho Creator Solution

I’m ready to move from concept to production on a comprehensive Zoho Creator app that will sit at the heart of our purchasing-to-collection cycle and push clean data into Zoho Books. The single most critical piece is getting the forms and their underlying database fields right, so I need someone who is comfortable mapping a relational structure before writing a single line of Deluge.

Scope of work
• Architect the entire Zoho Creator application, then translate my colour mock-ups into a clean GUI and dashboard.
• Create three core forms—Purchase, Sales and Supplier Payment—each backed by well-structured Customer, Product and Transaction tables.
• Build the end-to-end workflow (Purchase → Sales → Collection → Supplier Payment) with status and priority logic, payment-planning calculations and purchase-to-sale matching.
• Script every rule in Deluge, add error-logging hooks and document configuration details required before any external API work begins.
• Design and implement the Zoho Books integration layer, including field-level mapping and reliable sync routines.
• Surface KPIs through custom reports and dashboards, gated by defined user roles and permissions.
• Deliver an acceptance-test suite, a developer build sequence and a production hand-over checklist so the app can be maintained internally after launch.

Acceptance criteria
The app passes the documented test cases, synchronises with Zoho Books without data loss, and every dashboard widget reflects real-time figures pulled from the underlying forms.
