Part-Time eBay & Whatnot Listing VA


Remote | 8–10 hours/week to start | $4–$6 USD/hour

U.S.-based collectibles seller looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help create listings for eBay and Whatnot.
Inventory is primarily comic books and Funko Pops, so familiarity with either or both is strongly preferred.



Responsibilities

● Create accurate eBay and Whatnot marketplace listings

● Research recent eBay sold comps; Establish pricing

● Write optimized titles and complete item specifics

● Identify Funko exclusives, stickers, variants, and box condition

● Identify comic titles, issue numbers, variants, publishers, and cover artists

● Upload provided photos and save listings as drafts for review

● Flag anything you are unsure about rather than guessing


Requirements

● Previous eBay listing experience

●. Familiar with Vendoo for cross listing

● Good written English
● Strong attention to detail

● Familiarity with Funko Pops and/or comics

● Whatnot marketplace experience is a plus

● Reliable internet and consistent weekly availability



Pay
$4–$6 USD/hour depending on experience.

Approximately 8–10 hours per week to begin, with potential for additional hours.

A per-listing payment structure may also be considered after training.

Potential for commission based on sell-thru.
