My neighbour whose property is not registered with Land Registry has filed a Form B13 with the Land Registry to register easements and other rights of way from a previous conveyance dated in 1980. I require advice as to whether this is comparable with my own easements and rights or whether I would be disadvantaged if not objecting to this notice along with reasons why.
• Follows the Land Registration Rules and mirrors the official wording and layout
• Describes the right of way and the utility rights and any other exactly as stated above
• Identifies the affected adjacent landowners in the schedule, leaving space for their full names and addresses
• Is delivered in both an editable format (Word) and a print-ready PDF
I’ll supply title numbers, plan extracts and any additional factual details you need as soon as we start. Once I receive the draft, I’ll review and confirm any final tweaks so we can lodge the notice without delay.
