We are seeking a highly effective senior program leader to drive our Enterprise Reporting Transformation. This leader will be responsible for the development and delivery of an enterprise performance dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and scorecards for our biggest customer opportunities. This leader will also own the strategic direction and end-to-end development of the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure, partnering closely with stakeholders across operations, product, and technology who will be building this capability. This role may also support other Transformation Initiatives over time related to reporting or more broadly, such as building customer advocacy, implementation excellence, etc.
This role demands strong cross-functional leadership — success will come from the ability to bring together teams across operations, product, sales, advisory, and customer success—aligning priorities, driving execution, and delivering against target outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, builds alignment across diverse stakeholders, and delivers large-scale transformation through disciplined program management. This role will also require working with senior management to shape the strategic plans and objectives for the initiatives described above, make final decisions on implementation plans, and be accountable for outcomes that have a critical impact on HealthEdge’s reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Reporting Transformation Initiatives
Define and drive the roadmap for a unified enterprise reporting framework
Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on plans and ensure we are delivering impact to all parts of the business
Work with senior management to help shape strategic plans and objectives for the enterprise reporting function, and make final decisions on implementation approach and prioritization
Enterprise Reporting & Data Lake Development
Serve as product owner for the three core reporting tools: the enterprise dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and big whale customer scorecards
Own the design and oversee the development of the reporting end-to-end, with support from tech and product resources
Own the development of the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders across operations, product, and technology who will be developing this capability
Establish and own reporting on the status, progress, and impact of enterprise transformation initiatives
Develop standardized views for leadership that provide clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams
Build alignment on reporting priorities, definitions, and success metrics
Act as the central coordination point across functions to ensure consistency and cohesion
Interact regularly with senior management, executives, and key stakeholders, raising critical updates and risks and reconciling multiple stakeholder views to drive business results
Prioritization & Governance
Establish a structured approach to evaluating and prioritizing reporting initiatives
Balance competing demands while maintaining focus on enterprise value
Implement governance mechanisms to ensure standardization and accountability, enforcing a single source of truth for every metric across the business
Execution Excellence
Lead end-to-end execution of reporting transformation initiatives, from planning through delivery
Manage interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
Ensure timely delivery with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and reliability
Escalate risks early and propose resolutions
Drive Standardization & Simplification
Reduce fragmentation by promoting a single, consistent approach to reporting
Align stakeholders on common definitions, metrics, and reporting practices
Change Management & Adoption
Champion adoption of the unified reporting approach across the organization
Drive communication, engagement, and behavioral change to embed new ways of working
Provide Functional & People Leadership
Direct the activities of the enterprise reporting function, including matrixed and cross-functional teams, through team and functional leads
Own resourcing decisions for the function, ensuring alignment with broader Transformation Office
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or operational leadership roles
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
Strong experience working across business, product, and technology teams
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
Experience in environments with competing priorities and high levels of ambiguity
Experience operating at a director level or equivalent scope, participating in senior leadership strategic planning and making final decisions on complex, loosely defined problems with critical, long-term impact on the business
Demonstrated experience establishing and managing executive-level reporting for large-scale initiatives is a strong plus
Familiarity with healthcare payer, health plan, or health IT environments is a plus
Experience owning or co-owning data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise data infrastructure, partnering with technology and product teams on architecture, build, and scalability is a plus but not required (close partnership with Product and Tech teams will provide this expertise)
Key Skills
Exceptional program and project management capabilities
Stakeholder management and executive communication
Ability to translate strategy into execution
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Change management and organizational influence
Analytical thinking to define KPIs linked to strategic priorities
Data literacy and comfort partnering with BI and analytics teams on dashboard design, KPI definition, and reporting standards
Data architecture and infrastructure acumen, with experience partnering with technology teams to design and scale data lake and platform solutions is a plus
What Success Looks Like
A scalable data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure delivered in partnership with operations, product, and technology stakeholders, providing a reliable foundation for enterprise reporting
